Born on July 5, 1980, in Paris, France. (Eva has a twin sister named Joy.) Her mother is well-known French actress Marlene Jobert. Her Swedish father, Walter Green, is a dentist. Jobert didn't want Eva to be an actress, however, saying the business would be too rough on her thin-skinned daughter.Fortunately, Eva didn't listen to her mother's advice, and we eventually got to see some of that skin. She showed us her lovely nude body in The Dreamers, giving us more to admire than just her acting ability.
She played Isabelle in The Dreamers and Sibylla of Jerusalem in Kingdom of Heaven, but is making her biggest impact since being cast as Bond's leading lady in Casino Royale.
She studied her craft for several years in Paris and London before making her film debut in 2003 in The Dreamers. Eva described the movie as being "about a twin sister and brother who have a passionate, almost incestuous relationship." She appeared completely nude in this flick. At first, she wasn't comfortable with the idea of baring it all, but once she started doing the scenes sans clothing, it was pretty much business as usual.
Her second big-screen role was as Clarisse in the French film Arsene Lupin, in which she appeared alongside Romain Duris and Kristin Scott Thomas.
